1. Introduction

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. All purchases and deliveries exclusively take place on the basis of these general terms and conditions. Deviating rules apply only after previous confirmation in writing by the management of beaucoupzero.com. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.This agreement may be revised or updated without notice. You are advised to review it regularly.

2. 'beaucoupzero' product details

'beaucoupzero' products are subject to availability. If an 'beaucoupzero' product is out of stock at a time when we receive the order, we will inform you and you will not be charged for it.
At 'beaucoupzero', we endeavour to display as accurately as we reasonably can the true colours of 'beaucoupzero' products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour of an 'beaucoupzero' product as delivered will replicate how it appeared to you on-screen; in part, this is dependent upon your computer’s display monitor, and how you perceive colour.
All dimensions and measurements concerning 'beaucoupzero' products are given in centimeters and inches and are as accurate as we can reasonably make them.

3. Intellectual property/Copyrights

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the 'beaucoupzero' site and 'beaucoupzero' products are owned by, or exclusively licensed to S.C. BEAUCOUPZERO S.R.L, Bucharest, Romania.
Buying a product from our site does not give you the copyright for them.
It is absolutely prohibited to sell the product to a third party.
We sell only the rights to use the material that we produce, we do not sell the copyrights for it. This means that you cannot distribute any kind of copies (digital, phisical or otherwise) of the products bought from beaucoupzero.com.
All rights remain reserved to their respective authors.

4. Orders and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery and are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package. Beaucoupzero.com will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.
All of our orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours since the order was placed. Delivery times depend on the shipping service you choose: regular delivery with Posta Romana (Romanian national postal service) takes 7-14 working days, while express delivery with UPS guarantees delivery within 3-5 working days. There is only one delivery charge per order. If an item is not available, or not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible the date of delivery.
Given the fact that beaucoupzero.com ships worldwide we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Beaucoupzero.com is not responsible for customs/duties charges (we do not charge federal, state, local or county taxes on online transactions). However, it is the customer`s responsibility to ensure proper payments as required by applicable laws. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

5. Prices

All given prices of 'beaucoupzero' products are in EURO, USD or RON (Romanian Leu) and include VAT at the current rate. We do not exclude or refund VAT for any orders. You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any other taxes or duties (such as import duties) payable on beaucoupzero products, not us.
Postage costs are added according to the payment conditions separately. The prices on the website are valid always.
These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

6. Payments

Payments are processed at the time of ordering; however we only process orders which have been screened and accepted by GECAD e-payment. For details of countries and cards accepted by GECAD EPAYMENT, visit www.epayment.ro
When entering address details, please be aware there is a difference between the delivery address and invoice address areas of the order form: if your billing address (where your bank or credit card is registered to) is different from the desired delivery address, you must tick the box at the bottom of that page, and then continue to fill out the details of your billing address.

7. Refund policy

Because of  the nature of the 'beaucoupzero' products all payments and shopping are final.

8. Liability

We warrant that 'beaucoupzero' products will be manufactured with reasonable care and skill with the intention of meeting our specifications for them.
Please read carefully the Certificate of Authenticity and handling instructions of giclee prints and custom toys.
Please follow the washing instructions that you can find on the bag’s label.
We do not assume liability for damages caused by misuse or due to improper care of the item.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to beaucoupzero.com web site shall be governed by the laws of the Romanian state and by the laws of European Union without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
